Ingredients:
• 15–20 mushrooms (halved)
• ¼ cup cornflour + 2 tbsp maida (batter)
• 1 onion, 1 capsicum (chopped)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chili sauce, garlic, oil
Steps:
1. Coat mushrooms in batter and deep-fry till crisp.
2. Sauté garlic, onion, and capsicum in oil.
3. Add sauces, fried mushrooms, and toss well.
4. Garnish with spring onions.
