Ingredients:
• 2 cups button mushrooms (cleaned & sliced)
• 1 cup green peas (fresh/frozen)
• 2 onions (finely chopped)
• 2 tomatoes (pureed)
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 2 tbsp oil
• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Steps:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let splutter.
2. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste, cook 1 min, then add tomato puree.
4. Add spices and salt; cook till oil separates.
5. Add mushrooms and peas; mix well and cover to cook for 8–10 mins.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve with roti or rice.
