Crème of Mushroom

Ingredients:
• 200g mushrooms (sliced)
• 1 tbsp butter, 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 cups milk, ½ cup cream, 1 tbsp flour
• Salt, pepper, herbs

Steps:
1. Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter till soft.
2. Add flour, mix, then pour milk gradually.
3. Simmer till thick; blend smooth and reheat with cream.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and serve hot.
