Ingredients:
• 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
• 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• Spices: cumin, coriander, chili powder, garam masala
• 2 tbsp oil, salt, coriander leaves
Steps:
1. Heat oil; add onions and cook till golden.
2. Add ginger-garlic and tomato; cook till masala thickens.
3. Add spices and mushrooms; bhuno (sauté) for 10–12 mins.
4. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
