Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked rice, 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
• ½ cup mixed vegetables, 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
• Soy sauce, vinegar, oil, salt
Steps:
1. Heat oil, sauté mushrooms and vegetables on high flame.
2. Add rice, Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar.
3. Toss well for 2–3 mins; serve hot with spring onions.
